What to expect...
DAY 1: ROOTS & NOURISHMENT
The deeper your roots, the higher you can fly. The foundation for pleasure is a nourished, relaxed and resourced body - touched by the intelligence of your deepest desires. Through hands-on practices and somatic shadow work, you'll begin to unwind tension from your tissues and listen to the guidance of your Body Oracle.
DAY 2:Â FLOW & DEVOTION
What happens when you meet yourself as the embodiment of the Sacred? When you let each touch be a prayer of gratitude? When you let aliveness pulse through hips, spine and breath, until doing dissolves into being? Through a ceremony of Devotional Touch, you're invited to meet your body as holy ground - and love all parts of yourself home.

Hi, I'm Luzi.
I’m a Somatic Sexologist, alchemist, pleasure nerd and hermit, and I’ve spent hundreds of hours getting very intimate with the weird, wonderful and deeply intelligent landscapes of the human body.
This work taught me that in order to become indigenous in our own body and be nourished by her gifts, we need to drop our goals and agendas... and begin to truly listen.
Our relationship to our body and pleasure is a mirror of our relationship to life itself - our creativity, the way we love, how we relate, how deeply we let ourselves feel. Tend to one, and you nourish them all.
