MEET your facilitator

I’m Luzi,
Witch, Somatic Sexologist, Facilitator and Erotic Artist.

What brought me here was a desperate longing to move beyond the pain, depression and disconnection that had shaped much of my life. For years, I searched for something – anything – that would bring me a sense of peace. I travelled the world to study with spiritual teachers, medicines and modalities and dug into my trauma, beliefs and consciousness from every angle. 

Healing became my full-time job. But no matter how much I understood, my body wasn’t catching up. I felt so far away from myself.

When I found Self Pleasure, it felt like discovering the world’s best kept secret. Not because it fixed me, but because it brought me home. My body took me to the place I had longed to return to my entire life. 

So I decided to do a radical experiment. I practised Self Pleasure every day for 120 days. What followed this commitment was beyond my wildest dreams - my life started changing so rapidly that I could barely keep up. 

Bit by bit, I stripped myself naked - of conventions & expectations, of should’s & norms. My life fell apart. And with every bit that collapsed & turned to dust, I began to feel a little more free.

It’s been almost 6 years since starting a regular Self Pleasure practice burned my life to ashes so I could grow my beautifully unique & abundant garden in juicy and fertile soil.

I couldn’t have “manifested” this because I didn’t think it was possible. Not a day goes by when I don’t feel in awe of where this work has taken me.

There’s a reason why I put a disclaimer on Blossom & Blade.

This work is slow & subtle - and it goes deeper than any other medicine I know.

Over the last years, I’ve welcomed over 5,000 people into my online offerings and held 50+ retreats & events devoted to somatic magic, pleasure and erotic aliveness.

Blossom & Blade is a unique modality which I received in meditation during a Vision Quest on top of a mountain in Austria. And while I’ve studied Somatic Sexology, my main inspiration for this body of work have been the 100s of hours of my own pleasure practice and my intimate connection with nature.  

Working with the land, elements and spirits continues to deepen and refine my craft and teaches me the art of truly listening to the body and coming back into coherence with all of life. This is what I wish for every woman who chooses to work with me.
